The hotel is clean and the staff is nice. The location is great and stunning. The service here is amazing. We were able to check in early.

Very nice staff

Must have been flooded recently, probably from tub water running under bathroom door & into rest of room. Appears they tried to get the water up by wetvac & spray lots of air freshener. Part of room still damp when we checked in & by 2nd day still had wet carpet & room smelled like a load of wet socks that had been in the left in the washer. Their "market" (snack store) was expensive.

Make sure to get family room with generic bold coffee and a balcony, for example. The employees are all incredible and courteous.

The room was brand-new and excellent with a private bathroom. There was a seating area, a writing desk, and an iron/ironing board available if needed. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, a business park, and other establishments.

I liked the cleanliness and the staff was very professional

The breakfast there was very expensive to me I thought they could have provided continental breakfast.

The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a business area, adjacent to a business park, Orlando, and the Bistro. I loved the room with a balcony, the bed was comfortable. There were a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a fridge upon arrival. The staff was incredible and courteous, and my stay was really nice.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating.

The carpets in our room had just been shampooed and the were still wet.

The room was decent size and cheap, I had very nice experience.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Orlando. Quiet and absolutely great hotel, I greatly enjoyed it. The room with a balcony. The staff was nice plus the location was marvellous and beautiful. I tried some drinks at bar Applebee's, located 20 minutes walk away.

This place was quiet with a great staff and an excellent restaurant offering delicious dishes, all while providing an exceptionally comfortable bed for those with back pain.

The service here is amazing, and the food is decent, while the room is clean with 2 double beds.

Affordable price, clean facilities, comfortable room, nice shower, modern and clean. Friendly staff, fresh sheets and towels. Snack place serves decent food. Would stay again.

Clean rooms, soft towels and linens, knowledgeable front desk, lovely and helpful cleaning staff, hot water in room, working A/C.
